June 15, 2022 ***** came out to resolve an issue with a leak under the kitchen sink. Water would intermittently show up under the sink. ***** arrived prior to the time promised by "*****" the (very kind) Dispatch Representative. He assessed the problem. Did some very effective trouble shooting. Identified the issue. Advised of cost to repair/resolve the issue. As always, outstanding service from start to finish! **** came out to camera my sewer line, which is part of the service club which I now renew annually (well worth the cost, as membership gets you a spring and fall HVAC check up, plumbing inspection, and the aforementioned sewer line check, as well as waived trip fees). He was professional and, as all the service techs from this company I have worked with, very knowledgeable and friendly. In need of an estimate for a repair. Had utilized their services in late March, so called them up - ************** the intake on the phone, very helpful, and scheduled someone to come out the next day. Gave a call before tech was due. TJ was the tech who came out; he had done the work in March - he remembered my cat, who hung out, watching him work Pointed out what would need to be done to bring the plumbing up to code, how long the job would take, etc. Sent estimate to my email for review. We had ************* out to our loft for a full day of work on 6/7/22, and both gentlemen could not have been more professional. I had 3 other companies attempt to snake the condo kitchen sink and none were successful. ************************* and *********************** asked if they could try snaking the pipe before opening up the wall and do some serious plumbing repair. Not only were the successful, they were friendly and professional. We now call Zach the pipe whisperer. He was the only 1 or 4 groups to be successful. We will call him first whenever there is a plumbing issue from now on. Great job, guys!!!
