Scheduled a quote to replace a sprinkler valve and when they arrived (on a Saturday morning), they determined it was an exterior pipe replacement and not a valve. Done and done in 30 minutes. Great!

Very courteous serviceman! ***** was friendly and on time. He did a thorough job cleaning the coils of our AC unit which was covered in cotton from our cottonwood tree. Before leaving he discussed how we can maintain it.

Just wanted to say thank you to *******************, my technician, for doing a great job on my kitchen faucet and all the problems that were involved. It was pretty obvious that he is one of their top Master Plumbers with tons of knowledge and experience and it was very, very much appreciated. I feel lucky that he was assigned to my case! Would recommend this company again.

My electric water heater broke so I called Quality First to get it fixed. **** came out the next morning and fixed the issue. Unfortunately I had some further problems so ***** came back out as soon as I called and got the water heater working in no time. It was excellent service and I thank both of them for being so quick and courteous and helping me out. I will be using them in the future.
