Quality 1st Plumbing Repair is an excellent company. I live in a condo unit and our ****************** uses them for our major systems. Their workmanship is exceptional and the pricing is fair. I was so fed up with folks coming out only to tell me this is an HVAC issue and I dont really know about it or this is a plumbing issue and Im HVAC. Having to pay the trip charge either way was frustrating. The hot water cut-off valve for our washing machine needed replaced as the hose had corroded to the valve. Quality first is always there when we need them. Fast, friendly service. Today **** came to the house to assist with our caved in sink. We called Quality First in the midst of an emergency, Sunday morning. Our water heater was failing, leaking, and damaging our wood floors and subfloor. Even on a Sunday (without a prior appointment), ***** got us scheduled for a technician to arrive that very same morning! WARNING!!!!I contracted this company to replace a boiler mid June. It was replaced in a timely manner, however the old boiler/dolly and tools were left at the site.. and thermostats not moved as requested....invoice showed up July 14, 2022.Called 7/14/2022 and explained that I would pay once job was completed and passed county inspection.Took another week or so for company to return & remove old unit, dolly and tools and finish installing thermostats. The team we were assigned for our repairs was fantastic! ******* kept us informed and TJ True and *********************** were professional and friendly. We needed a new toilet, that actually turned out that some extra work had to be done. TJ and ***** were great and I'd want them back again if we have any more plumbing issues.
