I can't imagine anyone is happy about the need to call the plumber, but I was pleasantly surprised by the service from Quality First. ****** and *******, two of their dispatchers kept us up to date in the run up to our appointment. ****, **************, diagnosed the problem within a few minutes and patiently explained our options for the repair. We a toilet shutoff valve break during a small weekend project and ended up spraying water all over our bathroom. We had to shut off the water to the entire house to stop the flooding.TJ True came out in about an hour and replaced the broken valve in about 10 minutes. He also went ahead and replaced the aging toilet supply line, and while he was at it he hooked up the supply line I had originally been installing when the valve broke.
