My service rep was ****************** He showed up early but called before he came. He reviewed two issues for me. One was a clogged main drain and the other was to assess if I had a random leak in the house. After checking for the leak he gave me his honest opinion that there was probably nothing to worry about. For the drain problem, after assessment he gave me a reasonable price before starting the work. He also cleaned up the mess as best he could given that it was a drain stoppage. VERY prompt response and arrival in just more than one hour. Note: my service was not an emergency, but Quality First answered the phone in 3 rings and routed a technician immediately. **** arrived and quickly assessed the leak from a toilet, explained the options and very quickly addressed and completed the project. Really a pro! **** also was pleasant and tidy. Such a good experience. Highly recommend **** with Quality First!
