Ray and ****** were prompt, courteous, and professional. They diagnosed the problem, explained what they were going to do to address the problem, and finished the job in a timely manner. They were extremely careful and clean as well. By the way, the service representative that I spoke to over the phone, ***** was also extremely courteous and helpful in setting up todays appointment.

Outstanding service. The condo unit above mine was leaking water through my ceiling, and ****** was on site within an hour. He immediately figured out what was causing the leak in the unit above me (absolutely horrible job by whoever installed the plumbing there) which turned out to be multiple compounding problems. He fixed all of them that night and also checked my own condo to make sure I didnt have the same improper plumbing.

Brain was exceptionally competent in addressing a plumbing problem that secondarily impacted a heating system. He was very logical in pursuit of the difficulties and readily diagnosed the problem. He works efficiently and skillfully to correct the issues. Further he is pleasant and explains things well. My only concern surrounds the cost which I felt was rather high.****** L
