Back in July when Quality 1st serviced my AC and Furnace, I enrolled in their Quality 1st Service Club. I usually don't enroll in these plans but there were several service items that were appealing, especially the complimentary sewer line video inspection. I have friends whose sewer backed up and it was very expensive to have that line replaced. Zachary actually showed up early after a call from the company to see if it was ok, We discussed the problem with the sewer, he presented three options and the price of each, we decided on one. After about an hour or so we finally broke through the plug at 110'. My line is 117'. It was so nice to have a Technician say what he will do and then do what he said. I called Quality 1st to perform routine maintenance on my furnace and air conditioning unit. It had been a number of years since this was done. From start to finish, everything was excellent. Our hot water heater cracked and slowly leaked into multiple rooms in our condo. Thomas F was quick to diagnose the problem and stop the leak. He was friendly and very helpful answering my wife and I’s many questions, as well as guiding us through the process of remediation and even giving good basic pointers on how to engage with our insurance company.
