Joe V******** came to my rescue on 5-21-2021. I wanted to know the cause of a mysterious (to me) seep and leak and get it fixed. It was not such an easy thing to do since there was more than one leak and the offending pipes and stacks were concealed behind the sheetrock in both bathrooms. In all, finding the sources of leaks and fixing them took more than 7 hours. I Put in a service call to Quality First Plumbing for a water leak coming from my living room ceiling. When Thomas their Service Expert arrived he determined the source of the leak very quickly. He and Daniel the other Service Expert fixed the leaking pipe in very short order. The water soaked the drywall on the ceiling and living room wall. I recently called for an appointment with Quality First. Josh was the technician that came to inspect my HVAC system. He explained what he did and that there were 2 issues. He gave me a price and did not pressure me to have the work done. When I asked him if he could go ahead and complete the items, he did it on the spot and didn't make me schedule a new appointment for another day. Josh was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. I will definitely use this company in the future.

Jordan A returned to install a Pressure Reducing Valve in my crawl space to protect my home from city high water pressure that could damage appliances that use water. My home was built several years ago and this pressure reducing valve was not required at that time. He again was very professional and courteous.

As a result of many years of tree growth and the subsequent roots in the sewer line, we had 10 feet of the line replaced. The team that replaced it was quick, efficient, and professional. They replaced the section of pipe and placed 2 new cleanouts in the line so they could be accessed outside of the home. A few days later, Dustin and Jordan came out to video inspect the line and clean the line with a high pressure water "auger".
