Quality First Service Group is EGREGIOUSLY overpriced, so much so it's borderline comical. I'm baffled they're still in business, given how absurdly more expensive they are relative to the competition. My tenant called them to fix water heater issue, and they came to provide a quote. They charged a staggering $274 JUST FOR THE QUOTE. They determined the gas valve needed replacing, and they stated it would cost $770 to replace (just for the labor, not including the actual replacement part). We contacted this company due to a leak coming from our Reverse Osmosis system under our kitchen sink. Zach S and Zach D arrived on time, were friendly and very professional in their manner, offered several options without pressure, answered our concerns clearly and objectively. We chose to have them check other areas in the house and appreciated their recommendations. There work was of a high standard, it was a pleasure to work with them, cost was reasonable and we will definitely be using them again.

excellent customer service(Avid), and plumbing knowledge from their technicians. Thomas did a great job explaining and showing me where my essential shut off values are in case of an emergency. Also explaining the life expectancy of my hot water heater.

We noticed that the board under our kitchen sink was wet in the afternoon and there was a leak occurring. We used Quality First Plumbing in the past to replace our water heater and had a great experience so we quickly called them again. We were able to schedule an appointment with Kristi the very next morning first thing. Thank you Kristi! Pete arrived on time and was able to replace the old leaky valves causing the problem. Our furnace was not working. We called and set up an appointment. They were available to come to our house the very next day. Josh D. and Nate H. were very professional. They did a thorough inspection. Since our furnace was forty years old we had to have it replaced. They called Ricky M****** to design a system for our needs. He was able to come right away. They were able to install a brand new furnace the same. Thank you for everything that you have done.
