This company is phenomenal! From their customer support to service expertise. Our A/C unit died, and we knew due to the age, we had to replace both A/C and furnace. Called several plumbing and hearing companies, after I had read several reviews (BBB, Yelp, and Google). I had a competitor complete a consultation (cost me $22). Very impressed with our recent experience with Quality First. Everyone we dealt with were very helpful and highly professional. Emily got everything scheduled and answered our initial questions. Zach S and Blaine G were our technicians and they were great! Definitely 5 Star service. Highly recommend!!!

Sam, the HVAC specialist and Zach, the serviceman completed the HVAC repair job in 4 hours and it worked very well. They organized everything including parts and etc prior on their arrival at my place. They kept me updated well while I was working from home and they were friendly as well. I suggest that anyone, that needs a HVAC repair job completed, hire them cuz they are professional and they know how to repair it.

Quality First provided super fast service for an urgent plumbing issue. The service representative was very professional and answered all of our questions to avoid the plumbing issue again. I highly recommend giving them a call.

This is the first time I've used this company. The servicemen, Zach and Dustin were friendly, clean and thorough. I asked about what to use to clean my kitchen drain and was shown a picture of *******(looked like a large container in the picture) and was told it was $50.00, but when Zach brought the product from his truck, it was 32 ounces. I said I thought the picture was a bigger container, but he said things just look bigger on the internet. Never disappointed in the service and helpfulness of this organization! Emily was the sweetest, most kind person to pick up the phone and direct me to help and the follow up call the next day by Ricky was appreciated. I loved that he checked in to make sure things were working and I can't leave Sam out who put up with my dog, the heat and the mask and shoe covers without any complaints. Top notch organization!

The Servicemen Zack S., Dustin E., & Jacob J. arrived early. They were neatly dressed, friendly and very professional. They solve a very complicated problem working with the technical support group at the water heater manufacture. They drove to a supply house some distance away to pick up the necessary parts in materials to restore our service in a very efficient manner. I would highly recommend using this company for any services that they provide
