Quality First did some work for me a few years ago so when my water heater blew recently I knew where to turn. Emily took my initial phone call and set up my appointment very quickly. Zac S came in and saw my problem. He gave me my options and was able to replace the water heater in about two and half hours. Very informative and professional.

Had a connector leak to hot water tank, and water everywhere. Found it at 2am in the morning. Placed an after hour emergency call, and Paul arrived at the expected time. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and quickly got the problem resolved. I was very appreciative to have such a skilled technician arrive in the middle of the night to take care of a big water problem. Thank you Paul S. and Quality First Plumbing & Heating. I am another satisfied customer of Quality First. My technician, Zach S., was on time, informative, helpful, and truly professional. He went above and beyond, ended up helping me carry groceries inside, brought a coloring book for my son, and played with my puppy. And all of that is on top of first class work fixing my water pressure!
Eli and Justin did an awesome job fixing a broken main under my concrete slab. More importantly, they were very respectful, kind, and considerate; I had complete peace of mind having them in my home while the repairs were made. They kept me posted and explained all the work they performed. Excellent attention to detail and very knowledgeable.
