Dispatch kept us updated before the install team showed up on time for our install appointment. They sent me a picture and profile of the workers so I could recognize them when they got here. Chris, Ricky, and Jordan did an awesome job and installed our new AC, Heater, and Humidifier in one day like I was told they would. After 3 attempts to fix the leaking drain from my dishwasher to my garbage disposal Paul ********* was the only one that finally repaired the leaking drain correctly. I will commend Quality First Plumbing for standing by their warranty, even though it took several attempts, Quality First Plumbing never shirked their responsibility to their customer to make sure their work was (finally) done correctly. I had 2 wall a/c units installed today by Chris M***** of Quality first plumbing and heating,, I called about 5 different hvac companies and contractors to try and get this job done.. Quality first was the only company that could get it done for me. Chris wasted no time in replacing the units and testing them and explaining to me how to use them. I met with Jordan last week. After some reviews of my home and discussion on my need for a whole home humidifier, Jordan and I agreed on an Aprilaire600. Later that day Chris and Nate arrived to install the humidifier. Chris and Nate did a great job installing the humidifier, even went as far as properly attaching my pvc pipe to the drain to make sure the water properly exited my house.
