From the first call after finding seeing the add in the phone book, to the initial contact with the scheduler, to the end of the rush plumbing fix on a Sunday afternoon, we were completely satisfied with the professionalism and outcome of the job. A few days ago my sink and garbage disposal started leaking. To avoid having a major problem I called Quality First Plumbing, who I've used before. Dee, the dispatcher, was very helpful addressing my concerns about COVID-19 and we discussed the protocol they were using as both my husband and I are over 65. Austin came in and took care of shower issues without having to tear up the walls as another tech has told me needed to get done. Therefore saving me a bunch of money and a big mess. Austin was friendly and courteous and knew his job. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing needs. Dee kept me informed of the time schedule and when to expect the tech to arrive. Absolutely amazing company. Eli came out and helped me so MUCH. I was so stressed out and he was so kind, knowledgeable and shared experience with me that I never knew how to care for my plumbing. Top notch. Unbeatable with excellent communication, friendly, knowledgeable. They sent a top rate service professional out who quickly identified the problem, showed me and explained to me and took before and after pictures that were emailed to me. I can’t believe it was $381 to install a garbage disposal. It took Nate less than a half hour. Thankfully he helped me with another project ( dishwasher) and unscrewed some difficult screws with his power tool. He went beyond the scope of his job to help me. The negative review was simply due to the cost of less than an hour’s work.

I was very satisfied with Quality First. My experience started with Emily taking my call around 6:45 PM on 2/20/20. Emily was very sincere and empathetic about the crisis I was going through when I came home from work and found a burst pipe in my kitchen wall. Because I liked how Emily received my call, I proceeded and scheduled a home visit for the next morning. I can't say enough good things about this company. Unfortunately a part they had installed in my bath tub was faulty and leaked into the recessed area between me and my downstairs neighbor. It had leaked awhile before my neighbor discovered it. Quality First did not back down. They have taken responsibility and repairs to the shower below me are being taken care of.
