Sam and Michael were very quick to find the problem with my compressor. While having to deal with the Covid-19 restrictions (masks, etc.) they both were in good spirits and working to keep my health and safety in mind. Very efficient and knowledgeable when finding the part to replace.

Zach S. from Quality First was sent out to fix a outside spigot that was leaking inside the wall. It was a "hose bib repair." Zach was very knowledgeable about what was wrong with spigot and the required repair, which was inside the wall inside the house. He not only fixed this repair quickly, he took his shoes off before coming inside and vacuumed up the mess from the drywall. Was a great worker, knowledgeable, and did a thorough job. Zach S. was very prompt and professional. He replace our ancient garbage disposal and fitted it up with new drain piping under our sink. I was extremely impressed with everyone I dealt with at Quality First, over the phone and in person. Would be happy to use Quality First again.

Bryan V. was professional and courteous when he replaced our water heater. We were in a desperate situation without hot water. He did the work efficiently and quickly. Emily and Katie (CSR and Dispatch) were great in getting Bryan to our home the same day and with the items he needed. Quality First was well represented. I would use them again. Highly recommended.

I can't say enough good things about Quality 1st. I've used them for over 3 years and am so impressed that I've joined their Quality First Service Club and will always use them from now on. My most recent experience, yesterday, was just an annual check up on my heating and air conditioning equipment. My highest recommendation for such a great professional job! Sam, Ricky, Josh and Brian were the best!! I replaced my 41-year-old boiler and old Domestic water heater. Sam and Ricky very patiently reviewed all the different options I had. I ended up putting in a Combi system, where the five zone boiler also heats up the domestic hot water heater. I got the Navien 94% high efficiency condensing heating boiler with Bradford White indirect water heater. It is unbelievable how quiet the system is. I never know when the system is... read more
