We had two, very clogged drains in our bathroom. Our plumber, Taylor, took care of the problem very effectively, and was very informative during the process. We set up our appointment via telephone with Kristi, customer service / dispatch. She was efficient and timely. We will use Quality First for our future plumbing requirements, and would recommend them highly.

I just had a new A/C unit installed. Nate, Zach, and Josh did a outstanding job. All 3 men were very courteous and professional. This is the third time I have used Quality First for different repairs and every service was outstanding. I will definitely be using Quality First if something else arises around my home.
They are timely, and do excellent work. They helped when another plumber left me high and dry.
Ray my plumber was on time and completed the job of replacing a shower handle valve cartridge and trim kit within price quoted and in a timely manner. Great Job, works perfect. Nicole, customer service keep me posted on time line for appointment.
The gentleman that repaired my leak in my kitchen, Taylor was very personable and professional. The repair only took mabe an hour. Very impressed!!

Katie and Justin did a great job for us today. Justin went completely above and beyond the call of duty by clearing our clogged drain and then shuttling between our condo and the person's condo below us to check on a water leak that was coming from our condo.
