Called Quality First after our usual plumbers gave us the runaround on a shower fix. The technician Zach S. was quick, knowledgeable, and very friendly. He was able to provide us with a number of solutions and their reasonable prices on the spot. Happy to say our water was back on that night and Quality First is now our plumbers of choice.
Company is very responsive. I had frozen pipes and had a technician at my house within a few hours of my call. Very professional! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality plumbing company.

Our service expert is Taylor *******. We had a kitchen faucet removed and a new one installed. The removal was difficult, and Taylor accomplished both the removal and installation in a timely and professional manner. We are very satisfied with the end result. Quality 1st has been to my house a few times over the last couple of years for various problems. ALWAYS outstanding service and outstanding work with friendly and optimistic attitudes!. This time Kristi (csr & dispatch) took my frantic call and got Taylor (tech) scheduled to get to my house within an hour or so. I had a disaster happening in my bathroom I was sure was going to be costly and take a lot of time to fix. I called Quality First because I had seen their vans before. Emily answered immediately and was extremely friendly. She found the first possible opening to get someone to my high rise condo as quickly as possible.
