Zach S. came to my property twice for assessment and work. Was thorough, respectful, and informative. He also completed his work quickly, while mindful of Quality. Scheduling my appointments was a breeze as Customer Service was easy to contact. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone with plumbing problems.

Zach S came out on a Sunday to fix a leaky sink faucet (leaking from the base of the faucet whenever running) and was able to diagnose the problem immediately, and even though he said they don't fix this particular type of problem (the leak was happening the faucet housing), that he could get a new faucet set up for me in just a couple hours. This company's work is thorough, professional, and can only be described as excellent. Their customer service is the best I have ever seen. I was very relieved to hear that they could come out the very same day that I called. Dustin *. arrived promptly and took great effort to not track any dirt or mud in with his equipment (it had recently snowed). He was able to get our clog cleared and was very courteous too! I will definitely keep this company in mind for future jobs!

When I needed help replacing my furnace filter Chris & Josh arrived & got it fixed right away. They then went ‘above & beyond’ mere satisfactory service - they checked everything out to make sure my furnace was ready for winter - which was a huge relief. Repeat customer, never disappointed. I can always count on Quality First for prompt, professional service (& the nicest, most pleasant technicians around!)
