I had Zack S****** from Quality First come by and fix a non-standard plumbing vent on my sewer line and install a sink drain line to the same main ABS stack. Zack did a great job, was extremely professional and I enjoyed talking with him. Overall I have used Quality First Pluming several times over the years, they are always very professional and I depend on them.
Zack S. was great. took me through my options so i knew exactly what was wrong and what could be done and how much each solution would cost. professional, polite and helpful. this is a great company.
Just had Nate and Ray service our HVAC and plumbing system - both very knowledgeable, cordial, and professional. Even the phone communications from Jessica in the office were friendly and helpful - FANTASTIC! We've used Quality First for several years and have never been disappointed. Kudos for the ongoing service from a very satisfied customer!

Very professional and transparent. My technician Emilio R kept me in the loop as the job's scope changed. I was also able to get a pretty good bundled deal with a new water heater and other plumbing work. Would recommend!
