Excellent service with high professionalism and explanation of services needed. Highly recommended with reasonable prices. I called them for repair to my central ac unit and Brian was very professional and diagnosed both my ac unit and heater blower as well ( part of the service ) . Brian explained everything that needed to be repaired with nothing added and was very friendly and honest. They went out of their way to get to our house even with the terrible weather. Nate our technician kept us informed about any changes or additions that needed to be made. He cleaned up everything when he was done. He was very polite and friendly. Nate took the time to explain everything to us. Michael and Katie both called to update us on the status of the driver. I have used this company several times and each time the service is 5 stars!!

This was the first time using this company, but will not be my last. The prompt service I received was outstanding. Brigham (Briggs) was the tech that came out to service my water heater. He was prompt, efficient and very professional. He made sure that I understood each step he went through to eliminate the problem. Thanks for great service. I would definitely recommend this company and Briggs.

This was my first time using Quality First P&H, and they did a top-notch job for me. They were there when they said they would be, and were courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and I would definitely use them again. And special mention to their dispatcher who contacted me both before (to confirm the time and that I'd be there), and after the job - to make sure I didn't have any further issues, questions, and/or concerns, and, most importantly, that I was satisfied.

Quality First Plumbing and Heating continues to be a 5 star organization meeting my needs well at each request. Their organizational staff is excellent in responding to calls, scheduling, and reminding me of appointments.
