We've had Quality First do several plumbing jobs for us over the past few years. They've always been professional and personable. Today we had one of their technicians, Briggs, do some work on a whole house water filter which had cracked and partially flooded our basement. Briggs tested our pressure and found that the pressure regulator valve had failed. Our water pressure was 92 psi, Way too high. He replaced the valve and all is good. I'd highly recommend them.

Have used Quality First Plumbing for AC and Furnace repair and maintenance, toilet repair, faucet and sump pump replacement, etc. Every visit has been prompt, dependable and exceeded our expectations all at reasonable costs for the services. We highly recommend them

A few days ago Sam ********, a NATE Certified Service Expert from Quality First Plumbing & Heating, came out to take care of the problem I had with my central air conditioning system. It had not been serviced for several few years and it was no longer cooling properly. After checking the system he found I needed several items corrected. Quality First was very responsive to our deli a. Scheduled us quickly, followed up with an email and then again with a phone call. Wow what a pleasant surprise. Then they sent Eli. Superior customer service from the initial phone call to the completion of the job. This is my first experience with this company and I couldn’t be more pleased. Jacob, the plumber who actually did the work, was clean, polite, worked quickly and was personable. I would highly recommend this plumbing company.
A furnace went out during our February sub zero cool front. From the phone staff to the technician are out standing. Chris drove accross town in the storm. Chris had the part, which resulted in the tenants having heat with 4 hours of calling me. They are my go to company
