I was referred to Quality First by my usual company as they were too busy. Great experience. Jon Harris was a very professional and communicative plumber. Showed me what he was doing, told me why - solved the problem. Most importantly he had an opportunity I could see less honest service providers taking to push for unnecessary (now) services. Instead he gave me advice, and a plan for when to review it. Highly recommend the company, and individual.

Erin and Chris R. came out 7/2 and 7/3 to do a very large job for us. From the estimate with Ricky, to the install everything went extremely well. Quality First, replaced our A/C, Furnace, and installed an additional return for us. Erin and Chris were extremely professional and polite. They took care in our home, from the clean up, to answering our questions, to dealing with the extreme heat in our attic over the last 2 days.
