Yesterday, February, 8th, 2018, Matt replaced my toilet. While working, he was totally professional. He was hard working and very clean. I was impressed from the very first visit I had with Matt and Quality First, which was an HOA concern at that time . Matt was also very helpful and went out of his way during his busy day, to make an extra trip back to the supply store to exchange something . For these reasons, I will return for future service.

We noticed a leak in our basement directly underneath our kitchen sink. Having a 3 year old, being without a kitchen sink for a long period of time can be a little tricky. Our land lord contacted Quality First and they called me within an hour to schedule a technician visit. As it turned out, a technician was available much earlier than expected. We had a very positive experience with Jon. He came out at the request of a potential buyer for our home. He was respectful and explained everything he would be doing. When he was done, he took the time to talk to me about the procedure and what he found. I felt like I better understood the whole process because he took the time to explain it, even though I wasn't the one writing the check.

Another GREAT JOB provided by the guys at Quality 1st. We had Kris ****** and Michael ****** come and repair a cracked, leaking pipe in our bathroom on 1/30/18. Once again the service provided was timely, professional, complete, and thorough. Our thanks again to Kris ****** and Michael ****** for a job WELL DONE.

This review is for Quality First Plumbing and Heating. Dispatcher: April. Plumbing Service Expert: Michal ****** On January 27, 2018 the sump pump went out in my 95% finished basement. While there was minimal flooding, it was a huge inconvenience as my basement not only has a private, rented apartment, but all of the plumbing for that apartment and my washing machine need that sump pump for the basement plumbing to be functional. Our furnace needed repair - no heat - on a Saturday and I called Quality First. They sent their tech, Chris M out to my home. He came within an hour and a half and had our Home warm and toasty once again. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and Chris in particular.

We woke up to clogged drains two days before Christmas. We called several plumbers. The only company willing to come that day was Quality First. Paul saved our Christmas. He was very professional, explained the problem and process to fix the problem. We will never call another plumber. Very satisfied with Paul and Quality First.
