Chris M. came out on Christmas Day to fix our heater and he was absolutely wonderful! He was very informative, professional, and knowledgeable. He made sure we were happy with the service and he could not have been nicer. I would highly recommend him!
During a recent cold snap my furnace started acting up. I called Quality 1st late in the day, got an immediate callback & a service appointment for the following day. Chris arrived promptly the next day, diagnosed the problem & recommended a solution. He went over everything thoroughly so I knew exactly what had to be repaired & the cost.
