Erin ****** installed a furnace and humidifier in my home yesterday. She was polite, professional and smart. She explained everything she did to me in a very thorough and comprehensible manner. It was a pleasure to have Erin in my home and I will always request her.

We want you to know that we are very pleased with the quality of work this company provides. We were especially very satisfied with the Hot Water Heater installation and all the code updates performed by their employee Phil ****. Phil fully explained the requirements for what needed to be done for the installation to be completed and meet the code requirements. Phil's work was professional and the quality of his work was excellent.

When our drain was plugged, we made an appointment here and we were glad we did. They got us in almost right away and when a technician became available, they called to see if they could come even earlier. Jon ****** came and was polite and professional. He worked fast to unclog the drain and even put the under-cabinet shelving back together for us so that the whole mess was clean. My puppy was super excited about him too, and peed on the floor, but Jon still gave us a card and said he would come back if needed. Very quality... read more

On 10/19, Josh & Tony addressed an emergency backup in my Master Bathroom sink. A backup in this area had not occurred in the 18+ years I had lived here. They went straight to work & found the problem, as well as an issue with the pop-up stopper. This problem apparently had existed since the sink was installed around 10 years prior. I purchased a new Aprilaire 600 humidifier from Quality First Plumbing. The unit was installed by a technician who introduced himself to me as "Adrian". I felt that Adrian did an outstanding job installing my humidifier. He was quite professional and seemed very knowledgeable with this product. Overall, I had a very positive experience with this company.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING service. Mike ******* and Mark ***** provided both PROFESSIONAL and KNOWLEDGABLE EXPERIENCE to complete my plumbing problem on this first snowy day of October 2017.
