Quality First Plumbing is an example of how all businesses should operate. Even late on a Friday afternoon, a human being answered the phone! We had an emergency with a burst pipe flooding our basement. Justin, at Quality First Plumbing and Heating, came out and fixed the problem very competently and efficiently. He was able to find the problem right away with minimal invasion to the wall. Courteous and arriving when he said he would. I highly recommend this business. Fred and Christie, Golden, CO

Service date 9/18/2017 - backed up kitchen sink (not at trap) at my daughters house. Excellent customer service from initial call to follow-up. Technician, Jon H., arrived on time, and immediately instilled confidence about his work to be done, explaining what he was going to do, step-by-step pricing, and after completing work, explained results and recommendations. End result; very comfortable recommending Quality First Plumbing. Ask for Jon H., this young man would get 10 thumbs up, if I had 10 thumbs.

Trell ****** came out to our business and was great ! He was very professional great demeanor and so professional. He was fast efficient and completed the move in such a great manor. Highly recommend ! We wont use anyone else from now on !

09/08/2017 - Today Josh and Tony came out and performed video inspection of the sewer line to the street....They were awesome...professional...Polite...Careful with my house...they shared with me all they were going to do and then while they did the video inspection...they showed me where i had problems in my line...which allowed me to make on the spot decisions....Thank you Josh and Tony...Thank you Quality Fist Plumbing...
