I am the president of the condo association that I live in. Mark ***** and Kieth responded to our call for a broken sewer under our building of 6 units. They worked very hard in establishing where the problem was and how to repair the problem. They were very professional in explaining all of the cost of what was needed and having approval before proceeding. They were also very courteous to the residents of unit and answered all of their questions. You both rock and deserve a raise.
Very disappointed in the service I received. I had them come out for both my AC and plumbing. Both services were disappointing. The gentleman who came out to 'troubleshoot' my AC didn't have an answer other than he needed to do more testing that would cost $150-350 more. He was very polite and respectful of my home. However, for $120 I didn't receive any info about the issue with my AC. I knew there was an issue, which is why I called them out. Kris was wonderful and not only solved the problem but found evidence that a nail cut thru my pipe and saved me from having to pay (HOA responsibility). I will definitely use quality plumbing again.

Thank you for getting our drain running again at a reasonable price. Showed up on time and even replaced the cracked P trap at no extra charge. Have used them several times and would do so again.

Mike ****** was able to arrive early and correct a major problem with a leaky faucet and he found a broken shut off valve on the main water line. He was able to replace the facet and valve within 3 hours and cleaned up all of the debris that was related to the repairs. Mike also found the city water pressure was substantially higher that it should be, so we will have another project in the near future. Excellent work all around from Mike T!!!
