Kris ****** was the technician that came out. After checking the garbage disposal he found that it did work, but there was some leaking in some areas that were wearing out on the disposal. It is 17 years old. We chose to replace due to the age of the disposal and the leakage areas. Kris also worked on a leaking toilet, that is also 27 years old. Both Josh C and Paul from Quality First have worked diligently and professionally to find and repair a pipe leak within the condominiums located in our complex. I had to replace the hot water heater at my mom's house. Phil came at the time agreed on and started work immediately. He shared with me all the issues that needed attention and explained what needed to be done to bring the install up to code. He was fast, efficient and very friendly. I was very pleased with his work and would call this company to do work for me in the future. Thank you for such a good job you did at my mom's house.

Josh C. came to my rescue after a back up in nasty water into my shower and toilet. He diagnosed the problem almost immediately and proceeded to get to work. It was a difficult problem and he had to do a little more than he expected I think. End result was that it was all fixed. It was great to have him in my home - he was professional, skilled and kind. I was in a bit of a state and he was able to assure me that it would get fixed. I will certainly call Quality 1st Plumbing in the future and would definitely ask for Josh C.
