We had an issue with our disposal after my boyfriend put potato skins down it. I called, they were here immediately, and Kris ****** was the MOST professional help. I highly recommend Quality 1st- the Owner is also the most stand-up person. We would never call anyone other than them for our plumbing and HVAC needs.
I had this company repair our hot water heater. I called yesterday and they were able to come today and repaired it the same day. The service tech arrived on time and was very nice and professional. I will use this company again in the future for any other problems.
We needed to replace our leaky kitchen sink faucet, and quickly realized it was beyond our do-it-yourself abilities. We called Quality First and Mark ***** came to our house (on a Sunday) to help us out. Not only was Mark a total pro, he was personable, pleasant, and entertaining. I told Mark as he was wrapping up, “This may sound weird, but we really enjoyed having you here today!” I don’t think I’ve ever said that before to a plumber! HIGHLY recommended!
Jon did a great job and solved our issue with a clogged drain. He arrived on time and took care of everything quickly and neatly.
Sam was the technician. He knew what the problem was immediately and was able to able to take care of it in a timely fashion. Next time I need a plumbing co I will call quality first and will request Sam. He also cleaned up when work completed and took time to explain how to set thermostat. Was happy with the job that Jon at Quality 1st did. Had a clogged kitchen sink and he took care of it in a jiffy. Jon was very courteous and professional. The office staff called several times to remind me of the appointment and to inform me when they were on the way.
Mark C arrived at our house on time (early actually, which was appreciated) - promptly looked at the problem, explained the pricing, quickly got to work to troubleshoot the issue, and then once nailing down what the issue was fixed it. Mark even took the time to explain the inner workings of the problem, and helped us get the water heater and furnace restarted. We're new home owners and I can't begin to say thanks for taking the time to educate me on all the stuff that's new to us. Thank you again!
