The service experts came out twice and found two sources of the leaks. They were professional and explained what needed to be done to find out why my ceiling was leaking. They also arrived within the time frame given by the company.

The A Quality First Plumbing and Heating crew of Erin, Darian and Chris M. installed a furnace for me today. They were courteous and efficient. They explained everything related to their installation in terms I can understand. I have used this company in the past and am confident that the furnace they installed today will perform as advertised. Couldn't be happier with my purchase and the installation process. I highly recommend this company.

I had Paul ********* come out today and replace a 40-gallon water heater and Josh earlier this week. As a property manager, I always know that my residents are being taken care of with professionalism and knowledge. I am always very pleased and confident in the work done. Thank you Quality 1st. Additionally, I have had to call on a few occasions for afterhours calls and have predominantly worked with Katie. She is always so polite, and patient while I am pulling up resident information, so additional kudos to her.

Kris ****** responded to a Saturday call to address issues with hot water pipe banging and the shower running hot then cold. Turns out a check valve was defective on a return line. Kris was great in explaining what the issue may be and answering all my questions. He quickly cutout the defective valve and replaced both the valve and a leaking shutoff on the cold intake into the water heater. Kris provided excellent service and I would highly recommend him.

Absolutely A+. Chris responded very quickly to our call and provided several options - all well within what we anticipated for cost - to repair the older boiler system in our church. Chris and Darien did more than we expected, including cleaning up some old wiring that previous installers had just left hanging. They were consistently positive, pleasant, and professional. We will use them again!
