Chris was right on time and explained everything he was going to do in an effort to solve the problem. Once the problem was assessed he then explained in detail how it would be repaired/replaced and why. He also went over the cost of repairs took photos and was professional.

Kris ****** and Austin ****** were very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. They took the time to explain the repair and how to shut off my irrigation system if needed. Based on this experience, going forward, Quality First will be my plumbing service.

Chris came out on a Saturday to diagnose a non-working furnace, and after performing a temporary fix gave me several clear and concise options to either repair or replace. I elected to replace, and Chris scheduled me for an HVAC needs assessment the following Thursday. Outstanding experience!

I would like to commend (and recommend) Christopher **********, NATE, for his outstanding response and service in taking care of my recent thermostat problems. He not only got it working again successfully but rewired it to provide a permanent power source so that I would not have to rely on changing batteries. The rewiring also ensured a safer operating situation as the old wires were worn and frayed. Good Job!

Recently, on 4-13-18, I had a plumber, Jacob *****, in my to repair a problem in my master bathroom. The angle **** was broken & needed to be replaced. Not only did he make the repair in record time, he explained that the other turnoff/on knobs in my would need to replaced eventually. Because of the age of my home & plumbing, these items needed to be updated to prevent water issues in the future. I plan to follow his suggestion within the next several months. Quality 1st Plumbing, specifically Michael B, is top quality in my opinion. We had a problem with our very old toilet spraying water out the top of the tank. MIchael B. arrived exactly when I was told he would arrive. He put on plastic boots so as to not track in (very much appreciate folks who care enough to do this) Michael was extremely considerate and courteous. The tech crew of Erin and Dakota arrived around 8:30am on the dot, and within an hour my old unit was already wheeled out to the street. Another truck arrived with the fan unit that went beside the house in the yard. A few measurements later and it was placed where it had to sit, already on its slab. Copper tubes were run up to the second floor openings, fed through and secured. Then new HVAC units for heat and cooling arrived and went into the upstairs heating closet and were connected.
