Good service and early arrival to solve my problem. Plumber was honest and frank about best options to fix and got everything done in a reasonable amount of time. Very good for last minute emergencies.

I had Chris Montes come out to service my furnace. He was very friendly and explained everything he was going to do. Also indicated a replacement of the inducer motor was going to be needed in the future, but was not necessary at this time. He was a credit to Quality First Plumbing and Heating - extremely customer oriented and competent.

Quality First sent Jasper V out to take care of a bathroom faucet which would not shut off. He was courteous, friendly and professional and even waited for the building’s water to be turned back on (we live in a highrise building) . We were pleased with the work and with Jasper. Would recommend this company

Austin the plumber who did our repairs was awesome! Thorough and efficient. He explained everything and cleaned up after he completed the job. I would highly recommend Quality First Plumbing to anyone requiring a plumber.

Came home from Christmas to find my furnace had been out for three days and my house was 50°. I called Quality 1st Plumbing and Heating and they put me on the waitlist which was much faster than anywhere else. Chris M. came bright and early the next day and within 10 minutes had my system up and running again. He was both extremely professional and competent and help save me money at the same time. Paul S. installed our vanity faucets, and we are very pleased with his work. There were some complications that arose prior to the job, and he diagnosed and resolved the problems. He left the work space clean, and was professional and friendly throughout the job. We highly recommend.
