I had used Quality First for a waterline replacement and definitely wanted them for our sewer and plumbing issues. Briggs and Devon did a great job and were a joy to work with. Very pleased with their performance and price!

We had a basement drain back-up, Greg came out and got to work. From diagnosis to solution to clean-up, he was totally professional as well as considerate. Would request him as our tech again.

I had used Quality First for a water line replacement a year ago. I called them to come and do an estimate on some plumbing and sewer work we needed done. Briggs and Devon were very easy to work with. I hired them after they checked everything out and gave me a quote. They got the work done the same day! Am very please with their performance and would recommend them and their company for any plumbing, water line, or sewer work. Did an excellent job and were a joy to work with.

Excellent customer service!! Howie, Dee, Justin and Ray were very helpful. Answered our call really quick and had the work don from the first call to work being completed within 2 hours. Would definitely refer them to everyone we know.

Mr. Greg *****, of Quality First Plumbing, was professional, polite,and dedicated to fixing what started out as leaking tub faucet and became a major pipe replacement due to the age of the plumbing in my building. Much of it is original dating from 1931, and parts aren't even made any more. The job was a challenge to say the least and Greg remained conscientious and diligent through out the job and made sure he cleaned up, and checked with me to be sure I was happy with the end results. After Ricky had completed my consultation to determine my needs, I thoroughly understood the products I would be receiving, how they would be installed, a set installation date, and a very competitive estimated cost. Mike and Nate arrived and set to work.
