Whenever I have a plumbing problem my first call for help goes out to Quality First. Kristian ****excels at customer care & dispatch - she got me promptly scheduled & kept me well informed about the tech's arrival time. Ross ***** stopped the leak in my kitchen sink, arranged for a replacement faucet to be delivered & installed it - all done so quickly & professionally the downtime was minimal. This was a huge relief! I was afraid my sink would be unusable for days. Thanks again, Quality First!

Michael was a quality technician that showed up early for our scheduled appointment and was very knowledgeable with our service and repair. He quickly evaluated and removed a Save Switch that was on our A/C unit and allowing the power company to turn our A/C off during high usage hours on the hottest days. Less than ideal for our comfort. Michael also replaced a capacitor for our whole house fan that was failing and hindering the fan efficiency. Recently, our basement drain backflowed. My husband and I are new homeowners and were very uncertain as to what to do. Additionally, our home was built in the 1950's, so we were concerned of additional problems. We called a plumber we've used in the past, but couldn't get him out for another week. Eli ****** is great. He has a very good personality and knows his business. We had a difficult clog in the pipes in our condo building and he eventually got it done. He was very determined and very persistent about resolving it for us. I would recommend Quality first and Eli to any and everyone I know. I just can't express how happy i was with his service. We called Quality First on the recommendation of another plumber. Austin Friend, Quality's plumber, came during the correct time frame. He was dressed neatly and was very friendly. He quickly assessed the situation and took care of the problem quickly. Cost was about what we expected and were willing to pay. We would recommend Quality and plan to use them again.
