Chris M was outstanding today. Spent a good amount of time cleaning my furnace and getting it ready for Winter. When he was finished, he took the time to sit with me and go over the 21 star inspection and explained each step with me. Who does that? Chris M does!!! He was also friendly. I recommend him highly.

Our technician was Mike, who was respectful and considerate from the get-go. Our gas leak required extensive service, and he was prompt in addressing the issue and informing us of his progress. It is nice to know that this company supports its employees utmost participation and follow-through, such that the problem is resolved on the first visit.

Mike, the technician who serviced our home today, was excellent. He explained the problem and did not try to upsell us on repairs. He did offer if we liked the service to recommend them to others, and I would do so without hesitation. Thorough in his explanation, tidy, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend.

I had recent service done by Sam and Chris M. They were both very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. They each took time to explain to me how my unit runs and what the exact problem was. I own and operate at Licensed Home Childcare. They were respectful of my space and really good with the kids. I highly recommend their service. Thank you!

On 8-15-18 Sam (and Chris) installed a new thermostat and restored my air conditioning. They were right on time, as promised by Corrie (service expert and dispatcher) This was actually the third time I have used Quality 1st and and I have been pleased with the people and the service they provide every time.

Quality First was here at our home on Monday, August 13, and installed a new AC/furnace. Corey and Chris did a great job and were very knowledgeable and efficient.
