Quail Ridge East apartments are decent for the price but lack windows and storage space. The amenities included are nice and the balcony is the perfect plant space. -Brenna Wilson
Great Staff, great place to live!
It’s not a bad place to live for such low rent. The amenities are nice. There’s no washer dryer hookups though and very few windows.
Quail ridge is a great place to call home. Just signed my fourth year's lease and the process was so easy. Looking forward to another year here.
I just signed my third lease at Quail Ridge East and I couldn’t be happier! It is a quiet apartment complex and extremely affordable! The included internet is a huge plus for me. The staff is friendly, responsive, and super helpful. Everything on the property is well kept from the regularly cleaned closed breezeways and lawn maintenance, to the clean laundry room, fitness room, and pool area! Looking forward to my second free carpet cleaning included in the lease renewal and another good year at Quail Ridge East!
A complex with very friendly staff and quick-acting maintenance workers. The apartment itself is nice and affordable, and some of the many amenities include a pool, an exercise room and a very clean laundry facility. The location also offers quick access to Highway 65 as well as an abundance of restaurants. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking about moving within the Springfield area.
The office staff and maintenance staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The pools, on-site gym, and laundry facilities make Quail Ridge a great place to live The air conditioner and furnace cools and heats our entire townhouse efficiently. The basement is finished with a sump pump and washer dryer hookups. There is a lot of green space that is maintained by a professional company with pet stations, including waste bags and disposal bins throughout. Great place to live! The townhomes are very nice. location is great. The management team is very helpful. I cannot recommend this place enough!
