I love living in the townhomes!! The best price and so efficient and comfortable in a perfect part of town
We live in the townhomes here at Quail Ridge and we love it. Great management, great location, and the price is right.
I have just renewed my lease for the 3rd time, and am happy I did. Quail Ridge is well kept, and well maintained. The management and staff are second to none. My children enjoy the amenities and green spaces. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a rental home in Springfield.

The Quailridge Townhomes is a great place to live. It’s close to about everything you need and the townhomes are nicely redone with lots of open space.
I have been with the Wooten co for 5 years. I live at quail ridge east apartments. I am totally satisfied with the complex and management. For all you pet lovers, this is the place. I would recommend this complex to anyone.
We are on our third year of living at the Quail Ridge Townhomes, and its truly been the best rental experience. Clean, well-furnished homes with newer appliances, maintenance issues dealt with in a timely and friendly manner. We love having a pool in the summer to relax by, and ease of access to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores is a HUGE plus. We have been extremely happy with our time here at Quail Ridge, and highly recommend people to look into their housing options.
