I highly recommend checking out the townhouses at Quail Ridge East. They have been updated. Very nice and clean place to live. My family and I have been here for 7 years. Everything you need like shopping, dining, schools and hospitals are within 2-3 miles. Come find your forever home.

Great staff! They go the extra mile for their tenants. Local business are within walking distance. Also several schools are within walking distance. I will renew my lease again this year!

Searching for apartments is exhausting. Search no more, Quail Ridge Townhomes East is the place to call home. The townhomes are newly remodeled, reasonably priced, utilities are low, neighbors are nice and respectful, and the staff is beyond compare.

We've lived at Concord Manor for a year and still love it. We have friendly neighbors, an awesome pool, a beautifully renovated apartment, and most importantly, my dog loves it.
