I have lived at Quail Ridge townhomes since 2021. The townhomes are nice and roomy for my son and I. The playground on site is a big plus and it’s a quiet and safe neighborhood.

I love Quail Ridge Townhomes, the 3 bedroom with a basement plan fits all the needs of my family of 4 and also 2 dogs. The pool, gym, and having the schools close by. Neighbors have been friendly. And the best thing is it is affordable.

Quail Ridge studio is so clean and quiet. I have lived here for over 4 years and the rent increases are very fair compared to other complexes. The management are very dedicated and help out in any way they can.

We’ve lived here for a total of 3 years now. The townhome and grounds are clean and the neighbors are quiet. We have enjoyed living here and happily signed our lease for another year.

I really enjoy living here. The kitchen area is so spacious in the Quail Ridge 2 bedroom layout and that is one of my favorite parts. There is good closet space and the bathrooms are updated. I live in an old building and the floors are very noisy. I am often woken up by neighbors who are not purposefully loud, but the floor they walk on screeches over my head. I have lived at Quail Ridge East for the past 6 years. I have had a great experience. The staff is always helpful and responds quickly if I have any issues. The apartments are in a convenient location from my work, shopping, and restaurants.

I have called Quail Ridge East Home for many years. Managed by Wooten Company. So appreciative of the Office staff and maintenance. Pretty reasonable and fair here. Location is prefect. Close to Hwy 65, stores, schools, work, theater and bank. I like it here. Home.

Love Love Love the 3 bedroom with a basement townhome. Price is affordable and the space is great! I was able to get rid of my storage shed unit as well. The 3 pools and the playground option is great for my kids. And I just renewed for another year!
