I have been with the Wooten co for 5 years. I live at quail ridge east apartments. I am totally satisfied with the complex and management. For all you pet lovers, this is the place. I would recommend this complex to anyone.
We are on our third year of living at the Quail Ridge Townhomes, and its truly been the best rental experience. Clean, well-furnished homes with newer appliances, maintenance issues dealt with in a timely and friendly manner. We love having a pool in the summer to relax by, and ease of access to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores is a HUGE plus. We have been extremely happy with our time here at Quail Ridge, and highly recommend people to look into their housing options.
Everything’s been great so far! I live in a studio with my cat and we love it here. I just signed a new lease and couldn’t be happier to continue living here. They’ve also been understanding and helpful during the pandemic.
I am a 4.5 year resident at Concord Manor. They made moving an easy choice and I happily renewed my lease!. They are very prompt with returning calls and sending out maintenance, which is great refresher compared to where I lived previously. I absolutely do recommend living at one of their properties!
Quail Ridge East apartments are decent for the price but lack windows and storage space. The amenities included are nice and the balcony is the perfect plant space. -Brenna Wilson

It’s not a bad place to live for such low rent. The amenities are nice. There’s no washer dryer hookups though and very few windows.
Quail ridge is a great place to call home. Just signed my fourth year's lease and the process was so easy. Looking forward to another year here.
I just signed my third lease at Quail Ridge East and I couldn’t be happier! It is a quiet apartment complex and extremely affordable! The included internet is a huge plus for me. The staff is friendly, responsive, and super helpful. Everything on the property is well kept from the regularly cleaned closed breezeways and lawn maintenance, to the clean laundry room, fitness room, and pool area! Looking forward to my second free carpet cleaning included in the lease renewal and another good year at Quail Ridge East!
