I've been a resident at The Republic Palms apartments for a year now and I just renewed my lease. Lisette, our property manager, is truly exceptional. She's incredibly responsive to any concerns or maintenance requests, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable living environment.

I have lived at Grandview Village for five years now and have enjoyed every minute. Although Kentwood Ave is a somewhat busy street, I don't really hear it at the back of the complex. I do like the closeness to Wal Mart, I44 and the zoo and fairgrounds. The property is kept neat and tidy and Mike in the office is very friendly.

I've been living at Quail Ridge for almost 8 years and I've love the property I live at! Great location, easy access to amenities in the area, and our property has been constantly improving over the years! Jeff and Dianne are so lovely to work with and they always respond in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

Home for over 30 years! Lives in apartments and townhouses. Easy Assess to HWY 65 and main roads Battlefield and Sunshine. Schools, stores, theater, restaurants and bank nearby. Apartment staff and maintenance very helpful and resolve issues. Neighbors friendly. Grounds kept. Blessed to call this home.

Scotsdale has a super good location and is very accommodating. This apartment has several great amenities like renovated units, community washers and dryers, a pool, etc. Their management is always there for you and will try to help you in any way. I would 10/10 recommend.

I have lived here at Quail Ridge Apartments for 9 years. It's located in a great location that's close to the highway and other shopping centers. I enjoy the two pools available to residents. Management is usually very responsive as well.

I live at Village Club -actually there are several areas and mine is on Village Club North. Ive been here getting ready to start my 10th year. Although we are behind a shopping center, most of the time is nice. When we are fully staffed, the management and staff work alot on improvements for the properties. We are under The Wooten Co management. We also have security patrol.
