Have lived at Quail Ridge for a year, recently renewed our lease. This is a safe, quiet, respectful community. The town house is spacious and reasonably priced. Remodeled a few years ago, well kept, almost immediate response to any need. The managing staff is attentive and responsive. Weekly ground maintenance and well cared for pools. Back patio and front stoop entrances vary, which we liked since we got to pick a unit with some fencing and a front stoop. I have lived at Scotsdale since 2019 and I absolutely love it. It really is the best deal in town. Management nis great, and is very responsive to questions, concerns and any maintenance requests. I also feel very safe living here. I would recommend Scotsdale to anyone!
Great family community. Pet friendly. Large spacious apts. Excellent maintenance and Managers. Renewing for 4th time.
Great area and conveniently located. The apartments are kept well. I really like living here and have no plans to leave. They added landscaping around my building recently and it looks great.
The Property is on its way back to how things should be. We have had lots of turnover for our property managers having 4 property managers in 3 years. Overall the amenities are good and the rent is affordable. We have not had a dedicated maintenance person in a while. The property is great however the inconsistency in staff can be hard to keep up with.
Overall, the grounds are very well maintained. All the staff are very friendly and take your concerns seriously. All the facilities are great and the units are well made. The free internet is amazing. The neighborhood feels safe. I've never felt in danger nor had any issues with theft. I did have a family of mice hiding in my AC, but, after that was taken care of, there has not been ANY issues with pests since then. My only real complaint is the noise. The walls are pretty thin.
