I really love living here! The property management is second to none and the staff is awesome! I recently signed my 6th year lease. The property is close to the highway and between Battlefield Road and Sunshine, which is really handy.
I'm so thankful that Quail Ridge Townhomes are very well insulated. Even though we live right next to Highway 65, it's very quiet here. However, the lower utility bill is even better.
Going in three years at Quail Ridge East love location and amenities.
This is my third lease with Quail Ridge. Friendly staff, close to local places and great neighbors.
