A complex with very friendly staff and quick-acting maintenance workers. The apartment itself is nice and affordable, and some of the many amenities include a pool, an exercise room and a very clean laundry facility. The location also offers quick access to Highway 65 as well as an abundance of restaurants. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking about moving within the Springfield area.

Love living at Concord Manor. Love the apartment itself, very spacious, no carpet, free fast internet, plus there is a great pool, close parking, safe neighborhood, overall a great place to live! I would definitely recommend Concord Manor.
I have just renewed my lease at Quail Ridge East apartments. I have lived here for four years and I have always had a good experience. The location is convenient and the staff is always helpful.
