Quail Ridge has been an incredible value. Very affordable, three swimming pools, free high speed internet, nearly all utilities paid, free gym with good equipment, laundry machines on site. I could not find a better deal. Just renewed for another year. Strongly recommended for anyone looking.

We've lived here 3+ years and have really enjoyed our experience at Quail Ridge. It's quiet, and peaceful and located close to everything too. The townhomes are affordable, attractive, and well kept as well. I highly recommend these properties!
The location and pricing is honestly one of the best for the Springfield area. The amenities are great as well. All around really nice place to live.
Quail Ridge East is a great place to live. It is peaceful and clean all around. Apartments are clean and up to date. Amenities are great, with high speed internet, laundry, on site workout room, and multiple pools. There is plenty of green space for the dog, and parks for the kids. Management is great too!
This will be my 5th year renewing my lease with Quail Ridge. I love my apartment and the management keeps the complex looking nice. The staff is always friendly and available to help me.
