I very much enjoy living here. The properties are nice and clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Since it is right by hwy 65, you can pretty quickly get anywhere you want to around town. If you are thinking about it I would highly recommend checking it out!

Have lived at Quail Ridge for a year, recently renewed our lease. This is a safe, quiet, respectful community. The town house is spacious and reasonably priced. Remodeled a few years ago, well kept, almost immediate response to any need. The managing staff is attentive and responsive. Weekly ground maintenance and well cared for pools. Back patio and front stoop entrances vary, which we liked since we got to pick a unit with some fencing and a front stoop. Overall, the grounds are very well maintained. All the staff are very friendly and take your concerns seriously. All the facilities are great and the units are well made. The free internet is amazing. The neighborhood feels safe. I've never felt in danger nor had any issues with theft. I did have a family of mice hiding in my AC, but, after that was taken care of, there has not been ANY issues with pests since then. My only real complaint is the noise. The walls are pretty thin. I am starting my second year of residence here at Quail Ridge Apartments. I am happy with the apartment and amenities. I have a two bedroom with a basement. When I moved in the apartment was freshly painted and new carpeting had been installed. I have had no problems since living here – appliances, heating/AC, lights, etc all work well. I have lived at the Quail Ridge East property for 8 years. The property is quiet and in a convenient location. The management and maintenance staff are good about assisting me with any issues I have as well.

It has been home for a very long time. Neighborhood is good and decent access to everything needed. Stores, bank, hwy exits etc… Office managers have been very kind and get business done. Maintenance crew is on it! Care for inside apartments, buildings and grounds. Grateful to call it home.

I am thoroughly impressed by both these apartments and the management. I have lived here for 6 years I have had no problems. The management seem to really care and have helped my lowering of my rent when I didn’t properly resign saving me lots of money they could have pocketed. It’s a very cute apartment, enough space for a starting home. I feel very safe walking around outside which is important since I am a young adult. I can’t really complain about any aspect of Quail Ridge Apartment. 10/10 would reccommend for anyone.

I’ve lived here in quail ridge townhomes for over 6 years and when I tell you the prices will do right by you, you’ll be amazed with the quality of living and the rent prices… especially in this economy?! The location is great as you’ll have a price cutter in walking distance + a gas station amongst other PLA walkable places nearby. Amenities are included with a laundry mat, a pool, and a gym all on board if you’re looking for a little something extra to do.
