Before writing this review, I tried multiple times to reach a human being at the phone number provided or by their chat "service". In searching for round trip flight deals between ****** *** ******for specific dates, I was presented with an "Express Deal" for more than 20% off the regular price, with the understanding that I wouldn't know what airline(s) or departure times I'd get by doing so. I have been on the phone with Priceline for about an hour and a half disputing their false advertisement on a hotel I booked. Their website claimed "Free Cancellation Available- No Risk- Book now and cancel for free if plans change." That was a complete and utter lie because when plans did change, they claimed I should have read the fine print that said no refunds or cancellations with this booking. Accidentally booked through them when trying to book through hotel. Spoke to customer service 3 minutes after realizing my mistake and refused to refund.

I attempted to book a 2.5 star hotel rated 80 % and they bait and switched me to a supposed 3 star hotel rated 60 %. The 2.5 star hotel cost more but the star hotel which is worse cost less, has less amenities, is overall worse. Customer service was not at all helpful and is obvious they don't want to help their customer. I travel for business 6 to months a year. I'll never trust this company to do right by their customer.

Don’t book or do any business with this company. I don’t understand why this company still open, it has one of top worst traveling services. This company does not have a correct cancellation policies, ZERO accommodations(being able to switch hotels), and ZERO ownership and resolutions to their mistakes. When you reserve a hotel and want to change it, they cannot make any accommodations for their customers. NEVER USE PRICELINE!! They will take your money and run. They stole all $327 from me because I was unable to go on my trip. If you happen to make a hotel reservation and something comes up where you can’t make your trip or have to change the date after 24 hours of making the reservation, Priceline won’t refund ANY OF YOUR MONEY! This is wrong!!! Everyone beware.

Used Bait and Switch techniques on a recent hotel reservation. Falsified distance of the hotel. Spoke with customer service 5 min after booking and refusing to refund.

Long time customer, over a decade of loyal repeat patronage. My wife tried for over an hour and half to book a hotel. The website kept glitching. Finally, the website was working, she successfully got through and entered our payment information for the hotel she had been trying to reserve for nearly two hours. But Priceline pulled a bait and switch. Gave us a room without a pool. She assumed it was the website glitches, contacted customer support immediately. Even spoke to a Supervisor. Priceline had the best price for my desired room, which was a king suite with a separate living room area and kitchenette. This room had the option to cancel within 1 week prior to arrival date. The next upgraded room was a king suite with a larger living room area and a full kitchen. This room was just $10 more a night but was non-refundable and non-changeable.
