My reservation said specifically that there would not be a cancellation fee if cancelled before Monday April 1st by 12am. I cancelled my reservation on Sunday March 31st at 9PM & I was charged $101.30 for a cancellation fee. Called & they refused to let me speak with a manager & refused to refund it because there is a 48 hour cancellation time frame. So I'm going to my bank to have it removed as fraud. Also, will file complaint with BBB. If you like your money, do not book through priceline.

Priceline is absolutely terrible now. They used to be good and very efficient about what hotels they used. The hotels they provide on their site are absolutely terrible and have multiple complaints and evidence of bed bugs. It’s a real shame that this company even still exists with all the shady business they do.

I paid a total of $120 to upgrade a flight on ****** *********so that I would be able to select my seats. Once I checked in on the flights, I was assigned seats different from those selected. When I reached out to Priceline (after remaining on hold for 45 minutes) I was informed that there was nothing they could do; that was an airline issue. So, I have concluded that I basically wasted my money paying extra to choose seats. I find that unacceptable; I feel they should communicate with the airline regarding the issue. My pro... read more

I tried to book a hotel room at the ******* hotel in Las Vegas on Priceline. THIS IS NOT A REVIEW OF THE *******. I'm just advising NOT to use PRICELINE to book! They have a bait and switch! They advertised a ***** *****with view, but when I booked it they gave me a ***** *****with no view. I contacted them via Chat and Marsha was no help at all. I booked a hotel room that showed “2 queens and a double “ . Of course the better rate was non refundable which was fine, it had the # of beds I wanted; good location and plans for ********** were made so we were going for sure. Problem is, after I pay, get my confirmation, it says a STANDARD ROOM. Surely I think it’s just a mistake. I made a booking (Flight+Hotel) through Priceline.com in December 2018, for a trip in June 2019 to the US Senior Nationals for volleyball. On March 8th, 2019 I heard from a teammate that his flight was cancelled, so I contacted the airline (F********Airlines). F********told me that they contacted Priceline.com, on February 28th about having to reschedule my outbound flight. They said that Priceline would contact me, and let them know my response. They do not provide customer service! They only take your money. When you call with a complaint they do not offer any resolution!! I called to cancel a room with a hotel after finding out the reviews showed customers complained about cockroaches and provided pictures! Priceline did absolutely nothing except to say that they will keep half of my money to cancel. And gave me some BS about them completing an evaluation that showed good reviews. I booked a 3 nights stay with them a month in advanced for myself, my husband, our 2 kiddos and our newborn. I had selected the amount of guests and the ages of the kids. The newborn would be sleeping in her bassinet while us 4 split the beds. Today, I got an email verifying my itinerary. I clicked on it and it said booked for 2 adults, and any additional guests would be extra. I thought, well this was just a simple mix up. I used name your own price and selected a 3 star hotel. My offer was accepted and my reservation was booked with **** ***** ** *** ***** *** When we arrived the hotel was in the location requested but the inside of it was run down, the elevators are scary. The service was terrible.
