I accidentally booked a hotel for the wrong date after missing a connecting flight in New York. I noticed my mistake, and instantly called to change the reservation or just cancel outright. They refused to cancel or change it due to it being a "debit transaction." They literally stole $200 from me and I will NEVER use them again.

Just got off a flight to Sacramento at 10am and the rental car was apparently reserved for 2 hours from now at 12pm fo* ********* **** * *** who will only up-sell $140 more if we don’t want to wait. Called Priceline Customer service since they booked the trip package and refuse to do anything. They rather leave someone stranded or with less money from a bait and switch. Never use them again!!!

Charged twice. Told to contact hotel. Charges specifically say Priceline. Had to dispute credit card. Customer service was not helpful at all. Beware!

I made reservation with priceline and found car rental reservation with the actual price is not guaranteed after giving them my credit card. I made a reservation prior to arrival to virgin islands on thrifty for $431 a week. I was charged $560.00 on my credit card. I never had this before when i am on travel and always got charged for what is priced. Thinking i am to trust them with what they are charging for, i just gave my card, thinking they are a trustworthy business. I am not recommending this site as a 2nd time user.

Atrocious offshore customer service with no accountability! I booked a ticket and received confirmation for that ticket only to have the ticket automatically canceled after a "random security check" during which I could not be reached. I was forced to rebook another ticket thereafter BUT had the first ticket purchase post to my bank 2 days later, thereby charging me TWICE for the same ticket. I was now dealing with an overdrawn bank account with a pending 3-5 business day return of the funds...

Priceline owns Rentalcars.com. This branch is the company is a complete fraud. Rental car companies do not accept the daily fees or the insurance that you purchase from Rentalcars.com. When calling to complain they give you phone numbers that do not work. I was scammed out of $260. This should be illegal, it’s stealing.

This company is a scam and refuses to refund money that is unauthorized to credit card companies. They sent me absolutely no email concerning a charge of 942 dollars for a one night stay at * **** *******

I was trying to book a room on priceline.com. the listing said standard room, with no occupancy details: when i contacted support, i was told that they do not have the room details - and if I was concerned, i should book two rooms. I just don't understand how I can be asked to make a reservation in the absence of basic data that i need to make a decision - in this case, the occupancy limit for the room. when asked to be connected with a manager for further assistance, I was told that they have no email support, nor was my ch... read more

I've never had such a bad experience with a business. They took money from my debit card and have yet to return it. I've spent hours and hours on the phone with them just to be transferred repeatedly to never get an answer. Please be warned.
