Priceline just cheated us, we booked with them, they said the hotel was pet friendly and it wasn't. We paid for 10 days. They say that they are going to refund the money, but it could take a few days for us to get the money. In the meantime we can't afford to get another room. They refused to change the hotel. They refused to help us get another hotel room that would accommodate our pet. Priceline's negligence has cost us a lot. We have nowhere to stay in a city we are unfamiliar with because of them, and it's for my birthda... read more

Booked a 3 star room and the hotel was definitely not 3 stars. Then they advertise by booking an express rate you get a hotel that's "at least more than 24% off" I didn't even get a 12% discount. And amenities that were advertised were not available. Even with screen shots to show they blamed the hotel. False advertising at it's finest.

Wish I could give zero stars. They booked me at a hotel that was sold out and at 1am with 2 small children (2 and 3 years old) in the car and 1k miles from home they offered a refund and said good luck. Do not rely on them for any reservations

I booked a rental car through Priceline with unlimited mileage. When they emailed me both times the email said unlimited mileage. There is no Asterix next to the words unlimited mileage* indicating that there were any exceptions. When I went to pick up my car through advantage, They told me that it was not unlimited and that if I wanted the car that I would have to pay an additional 60% more than what I already had paid Priceline. We have had great experiences before but while booking our trip to New York we were robbed by Priceline. We took a deal for a “3 star” hotel and we ended up with a 1 star hotel!! How do they get away with this??? We are appalled and take it from us! Their rating system is a joke and illegal!!! That is textbook false advertising- knowingly misleading customers into a deal and making it non refundable! Stay away!!! Book direct! A lot of companies like *******are doing price match guarantees and you pay less fees.

Do not stay with Priceline. I booked a room, but due to a Priceline error the hotel did not have a suite available for me. I called customer service, after an hour and a half I was told I would receive a full refund, but they did not refund me in full. They refunded me less than 20% of my booking amount.

Ripoff !!! I booked with Priceline and cancelled the reservation within the 24 hour deadline but they have not refunded me. It has been nearly 2 months now. Although they did refund the American Airlines tickets associated with same trip. Come to find out they only cancelled half my trip and not the airline tickets with United Airlines. Have spent about 20 hours on the phone with numerous Agents and they all give different answers. Some even lied and said my refund has been issued and is on it's way to my account

Priceline.com 's price guarntee is a lie !!!!!!!! I previously booked the car rental trip for our independent week for $115.59 for four days in priceline express deal. Even though it shows priceline refund 200% difference if a express deal customer find lower price. So today I find a lower price at booking.com for only $69 for the exam pick up location, car type , and date and time.
