If I could leave negative stars I would. First and foremost customer care is garbage! On hold for over 20 minutes then hangup on. Called back on hold for another 30 minutes and then cut off while talking to a rep and hangup on. Get a callback from the original rep Anna **** ******** who hangup on me. Telling me they can't reach the hotel to get manager approval to process a refund that the hotel has already approved and I just had to call and confirm details from my original BBB Complaint. WARNING!!! Do not use Priceline to get hotel at any cost! We booked a room from 7/7/19 to 7/12/19 in ********, we live here, but waiting for new home to be ready. Not knowing that you won't know what hotel you get until you book. They gave us *** ******* ***at the Airport. They had a hotel with roaches and mold. Sent pics and they still refuse to refund my money even though I did not stay there.

Horrible customer service that is completely unknowledgeable in regards to their own policies and website contents. Unable to resolve even minor issues and consistently puts you on hold to research their own policies as well as ignores request for supervisor after 20 minutes of not solving the issues. When finally reaching a Sr Team Member - not Supervisor - call back is promised but not given - waited 2 hours but no call back. Credit Cards were charged but flights cancelled even after declining cancellation.

I think that Priceline are cheaters, scammers, flimflammed who take advantage of senior citizens. They charged me much more than the hotel would have, lied about the discount they were giving me. I am warning everyone I know to be careful when calling the 800 number on hotel websites. ******* * ****

NO STARS. Truly terrible customer service. They steal your money when the company you booked for WOULD. Bypass priceline and go straight to the car rental/airline/hotel. They are crooks.

Their “Express Deals” are very misleading. They advertise amenities and discounts and those are visible when you first hit book. When it takes you to a second page to CONFIRM, those amenities and discount percentages can change. It does not point this out before you confirm. It’s shady practice at best. Misleading customers intentionally is poor business practice.

Three reps refuse to give me a refund for my hotel room that had bed bugs. We took pictures of the bugs, blood on sheets, and injuries. They stated that because the front desk attendant stated that the ***** * ***** ** *********** ** did not have bed bugs then they could not provide a refund. The attendant did not even check. They moved us to the next room over and guess what, more bed bugs. No refund and we had to sleep in our vehicle. Great customer service right and we still don't have a refund. STATEMENT OF CAUTION: Do not use Priceline for your travel needs. No refunds unless you pay for insurance REGARDLESS of the situation. Recommend you seek getting discounts straight from the vendor who will more than likely consider cancellations and travel date changes with advance notice.
