Today, 8/5/2019 I decided to book my flight and hotel using this site. I had checked all my x’s and all my o’s and was coming to the end of my booking. I spoke with my partner and saw that adding a car rental was not bad option the price seemed reasonable (we were going to rent the vehicle when we got to our destination). We added the rental and proceeded to check out. This company does not care about it users. They do not care about their partner hotels. They don’t accept responsibility for the mistakes.

They overbooked me and put me in a hell hole. I was waiting for this vacation for a year and they completley ruined it! I drove 3 hours and nobody called me to tell me they overbooked. Best they could do for me is 25% not including tax.

do not use, they do not "price match" like they advertise... and they charge more fees. Very, very disappointed in them!

Complete scam. Scammed me out on money on a rental car I was not able to pick up because car rental wouldn’t take my card I prepaid for already. Wanted a bigger company card. Told me Priceline should have told me and I should contact Priceline to get a refund. Wasted time and much more money ubering to another place to get another rental car. Priceline is currently trying to at least scam me out by charging me a cancelation fee while car rental tried to also charge me a cancelation fee as well. I’m outraged how big of an obv... read more

If I could leave no stars I would. The offer I selected on their website, was for free cancellation. I have a screenshot of it. At no time between picking the room, to them taking my money, did they describe the room, show me a "contract", or allow me to add my children to the reservation. I made a spelling error on my email address (thanks autofill), so even finding my reservation was a headache as they can't fix this. How can this company have an A rating? I reserved a car through them. When I arrived to pick up the car in *******I was told that I would need to pay $xxx more than the reservation. When I said no, they said “good luck finding a car in Florida in July without a reservation.” Thing is, IHAD A RESERVATION. I can prove this. They never denied it. They just refused to honor the reservation when they could gauge me for another $xxx. I refused, returned to the airport, and did find another car (same car I had reserved) but it DID ... read more

Worst customer service experience I book a car on priceline.com and the booking "cannot be confirmed". After 3 days it is still not confirmed via their partner **************and I want it canceled. They cannot cancel it or confirm it, I am stuck in the middle and I need to wait to receive an email which I did 3 times without an email. Spoke with a supervisor, nothing more happened except they escalated my request and I will receive news in 3-5 business days.
