Useless company. Their lack of information (parking will cost $100) forced me to pay more than I would have payed for very similar hotel room. The company ruined my vacation. When I emailed the company all they said was, “Okay thanks.” Keep in mind my request for change of location was only a few hours after booking (well within 24 hr cancellation policy)
People be aware of priceline. I booked a hotel room 45mins later I went to the same hotel booked the same room cheaper then what priceline charge me. Priceline thou I asked them why was I paying more with them then going to the front desk instead of adjusting the price or refunding my money they told me if I cancel they were charging me one night.... 45min had past since I booked and I couldn't cancel????.... Please Do NOT book with priceline terrible customer service. Go to other website with better customer service.
0 stars.. I work at a hotel and called because pricelines card was failing. The guy i talked to was SO RUDE. He said the deposit was taken so why am i trying to take it again (It wasnt, thats why I was calling) he kept repeating himself and said in a snarky voice maybe just have your manager look at it. Ablsolute garbage company. Booked my room. Through the app and upon arrival to the hotel, the hotel would not acknowledge my booking. After driving all day until 2 in the morning, i was exhausted. I paid for the hotel room again with my debit card. I get to my room. And the hotel room is disgusting. I walked right out and told the manager i wanted my money back. They refused. This is not a customer service friendly organization, I waited on hold to talk to a supervisor for 3 plus hours. I had expressed why I would not be able to take the flight due to 2 illness in my family and could show proof for each one.I was not asking for a refund simply just to change a round trip to a oneway ticket. I have used Priceline for many years and book dozens of itineraries with them per year. I had a hotel reservation booked twice as a duplicate. They did not cancel one of them and I had to eat over $1100. The 3 customer service reps I spoke with all said they were willing to lose my business moving forward than refund the duplicate room. Lack of not only service but more importantly loyalty to loyal customers.
