I booked an international flight with 24 hour free cancellation/ non-refundable tickets. At the time of purchase the flight included one carry-on and one-checked bag per ticket. After my purchase this disappeared as well as my requested seat assignments. I got the seat assignments taken care of through the airline but was unaware the luggage changed until after the 24 hour period. Priceline would not correct this and denied the option. I have used Priceline many times in booking rooms, cars, flights. This time was UNSATISFACTORY. Prepaid rental car in *******in Jan 2019 thru Priceline. Priceline made rental thru RentalCars.com, who, in turn made reservation with ***** at ******airport for 22 May-19 June. Prepay was $846. Car was great; but ***** was unacceptable. 1) the way ***** set up the rental agreement, they slipped in unwanted coverages for roadside assistance and cross border fees of $717. 2) ***** claimed prior car damages to my account. Terrible customer service. I booked a flight and almost immediately received a call and voicemail stating i would not be charged and the flight was cancelled due to airline system issues. However i did get charged $350. When i tried to chat online w the company i was told i could only call in. When i would call in to speak w someone the automated recording would hang up on me. When i finally was able to speak with someone i was told that it was my banks fault for taking the money and that i would get my funds back. I spoke w... read more

I booked two rooms in ********historic district for dec 30, 2019-1/2/2020. When I got to the hotel, room number one was not available. I had to wait for two hours while the hotel tried to work with Priceline on finding me a room. It was almost 11pm when we thought we resolved the issue. Now the hotel is charging us additional fees that I paid with price line since reservation was not transferred. I would like to receive compensation for this ordeal.

The hotel that we stayed at was advertised falsely. We called Priceline to enlighten them to the problem and they made it clear that the DONT give any refunds. We never asked for a refund we just wanted them to know so no other suckers come along. Priceline said we were getting a great deal at $100 a night... and now they are offering it at $66 a night. The hotel is the worst I’ve ever stayed and it absolutely ruined our vacation. Don’t trust their ratings... and dont trust their guarantee. They don’t care as long as they ge... read more

I booked a ticket and my name was spelled wrong. Was told to call back 24-48 to fix for free. Not true. Charged me $30 will never use them again

We prepaid for a car rental about a month ago. My husband waiting for a shuttle to get to the offsite location. After seeing two other shuttles go by, he called the car rental location (*********** ** ******* **). They asked where he was then came and picked him up. At this time, it has been almost 45 minutes. When he arrived at the car rental location, he sat in line for 20 minutes. Priceline deals with a scammer insurance travel company who makes you jump through hoops just to cancel a flight. I’m not asking for money and in fact they’re welcome to keep the $25 insurance fee all I want is to cancel my flight and get a refund. Priceline is also scamming people by advertising this shady insurance company.

I'm just one of the many being ripped off from a rental car company and priceline takes no responsibility. Imagine taking a flight on Christmas eve and arriving to find no rental car for you, well it happened and priceline claims they can't refund my money. STAY AWAY !!!!!
